Our Season runs from May 1 through November 1.

Basic rate: 2 adults and 2 minor children with one vehicle and camping unit per day. Extra people additional fee.

Part Time: Seasonal rates apply to all weekends, vacations and holidays. Seasonal campers pay own electric fees. Site holder responsible for any overage.

Part time plus: Seasonal site allows you to use your site anytime. We do not allow people to live here and use this as your only address. Please be honest about your usage.

Extra Person/Guest Fees: Day visitors $5.00; overnight visitors $7.00. Check out for overnight guests is noon the following day. Grandchildren are welcome at no charge. Any guest not registered will be asked to leave. Gold pass guests can only be signed up if they are sleeping at your contracted site. Otherwise they pay guest fees. REMEMBER, VISITORS MUST REGISTER AT CAMP STORE.

Automobiles: One car per site. Absolutely no parking in any site other than your contracted site. Extra parking available by the camp store.

Winter Storage: $150 dead storage - November 1st through May 1st.

Boat Moorings: Boat moorings are offered only to our registered campers or to our seasonal campers. All moorings require advanced reservations, as space is limited. Applies to any boat moored in the water. - $25 per day, $100 per week, $400 per season for ball moorings. Dockside moorings are $550 per season. Lawn storage at the waterfront is $10.00 per day, $45.00 per week, $125.00 per season. XL boats 20' or more and pontoon boats: $550.00 Ball and $700.00 dock.

Cancellations: 7 days notice is required. Failure to give 7 days notice will result in payment due.

Payment: All seasonal contracts must be signed and paid in full by April 15. A deposit of $300.00/$400.00 non-refundable intentions deposit must be received by August 15 for the guarantee of the upcoming season. All winter storage fees are due on or before September 15 with your remaining deposit depending on what option you have chosen. Winter storage is only for those returning for the next season. Non returning winter storage rate is $200.00 per month. Please see our option sheet and choose the plan that suits you. All seasonal payments and deposits are non-refundable.

As a seasonal camper you will be entitled use of all our facilities. Swimming, fishing, camp store, pottery studio, laundromat, and showers. Any additional fees will apply.

Dump Station: No charge to registered campers.

Group Picnics/Family Reunions/Weddings:Additional information is available.

Pet Rules: The Town of Swanzey has a leash law. Pets to remain on a leash at all times. Pets must remain in site area and are not permitted on the beach area. Please keep your pet quiet. Pets are allowed on the front lawn and waterfront in designated areas. Excessive barking not permitted. Do not leave your pet unattended, and please clean up after your pet.

Swimming is at your own risk. No Lifeguard on duty. Bathing is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your behavior infringes on the rights of others. In such cases, there are no refunds.
